1What is the minimum age to drive a quad, and what license is required?
Drivers under 25 years of age must hold a valid driving license (Category B) for at least 2 years, which must be physically presented before departure. If other documents are provided, the customer is responsible for confirming their validity for driving within Spanish territory.
2Is there a minimum height and maximum weight limit to drive a quad?
Yes, the minimum height required is 120 cm, and the maximum total weight allowed for the quad is 180 kg, including the driver and any passenger.
3Is a pickup service available?
Yes, the pickup service is available for those without their own transportation and covers the area from Los Cristianos to Playa Paraíso (Hard Rock Hotel).
4What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the tour departure for full refound.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, the full amount of the tour will be charged.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, the full amount of the tour will be charged.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
5Is vehicle damage coverage included?
No. Vehicle damage coverage is optional and is not included in the price of the activity. It can be purchased separately.
6Does the activity include insurance?
Yes. The activity includes basic Third-Party Liability Insurance (Civil Liability).
7Is the photography service included in the price?
No. The photography service is not included in the price of the activity and can be purchased separately as an additional service.
